Life coaching is an ongoing partnership to that help clients develop a strategic action plan towards personal, professional, and relational growth. Coaching improves productivity, relationships health/wellness, positive life transitions and personal accountability. A Life Coach assists others in self-discovery, asks poignant questions, helps develop thoughtful goals, and a path to attain them. A Life Coach uses formal & informal assessments, follows ethical guidelines, manages progress, & offers accountability to clients." Life coaching utilizes a strengths based approach to equip and empower people to accomplish and maintain lasting change.
Stage One: During this first 90 minute session the focus will be the development of individual goals and the strategies necessary to accomplish them. This meeting will take place in person and will include going over paper work completed prior to this first session.
Stage Two: This stage includes six to twelve, half hour phone sessions dependent on the coaching package you have chosen. These sessions are geared towards accountability to achieving your individual goals and strategies to keep you on target.
Stage Three: This stage is a formal 90 minute conclusion to the life coaching process, this will include the review of achievements and evaluate whether a continued coaching relationship may be beneficial.
