What can you expect in therapy? Therapy is a judgement free, safe space in which you can explore and create meaning from your own experiences. Christina’s primary goal in therapy is to walk alongside her clients and build a strong therapeutic relationship. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery where you are in charge, but you are not alone. One of Christina’s strengths is building curiosity and self-compassion throughout the therapeutic journey.
