Christina OwensLPCC, LADC
Christina earned her Master of Professional Studies in Integrated Behavioral Health from the University of Minnesota in 2018. She is dually licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor through the state of Minnesota. Christina has experience working with individuals from varied backgrounds, struggling with co-occurring disorders (mental and chemical health). She takes a holistic approach to wellness addressing one’s mental, physical, spiritual and social quadrants of life utilizing evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness.
Christina enjoys working with adolescents and individuals on a wide variety of concerns with specialized training in chemical dependency and PTSD. She is passionate about creating a safe space where you leave feeling supported, hopeful and equipped for desired change as you walk through life challenges.
