What can you expect in therapy? Therapy is a special and safe place in which you can explore your own life story. Your story is as unique as you are. Therefore you are in charge, but you are not alone. One of Heidi’s strengths is to build a strong and stable therapeutic relationship with clients and come along side them in their therapeutic journey. She also allows space for clients to be open to sensitive topics and creates a comfortable place to learn and discover.
