Stefan has been practicing for 2 years and is working toward licensure in Minnesota as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Stefan enjoys working with individuals, families, and young adults and has extensive experience working with individuals and families that are affected by interpersonal aggression. He utilizes a person- centered, integrative approach to therapy, to create comprehensive, highly personalized care plans. Although Stefan works with clients on a variety of issues, his more specific areas of interest are:
- Change of Life Coping and Management
- Communication & Conflict Resolution
- Mood Disorders
- Sports/Performance Anxiety
What can you expect in therapy? Therapy is a judgment free, safe environment in which you can be free to explore, and work to understand, your lived experiences. Stefan’s primary focus in therapy is to ally with his clients and build a strong therapeutic relationship. His person-centered approach allows clients to freely explore themselves in a supportive, lightly directive environment where they can address their concerns knowing that they are in control, but not alone.
